So the card holder is great…

Update: after reviewing on here they did email me to say they’d sort it out and have since sent me a new card holder.


So the card holder is great until it breaks…

Firstly, they eventually collected the wallet to fix it. I received the item back as if the box was never opened, only to find the crunching sound was even worse!

The first person said I didn't have enough cards in it (I had 3 cards in it) and the next email is saying I have too many cards in it. So that would mean you can only use it if you have exactly 4 cards in it and no more or no less!!! GREAT!

They say they have a Two-year guarantee and now won't help fix it. It's really shocking. If you're going to offer Two-year guarantee then stay true to it as it's all over the website!
