I did order different products but they never arrived. Although I reached out, was explaining the case, gave an official statement and did not get my package delivered to myself, they want me to pay for products that I never received! simply with the statement that the logistic department scanned all products and that they were delivered - which is not the case, I even have the proof that an article made it to my delivery that I dit not order. They refuse to send me the products that I did not receive but say I have to pay for them.
