New 77” TV broke in 1 month

Bought new 77” Samsung tv. Worked for a month. Samsung tech guy took a week to show up. When he finally showed up he brought the wrong part despite having model and serial number. Tech could not advise when or if needed part could be obtained.

CEO department useless. No support whatsoever. Basically they blame the tech guy who is a subcontractor. If subcontractor is bad, fire them. Samsung takes no responsibility for their product or their employees/subcontractors
