Evri/Hermes service is still as bad as ever
Evri have had my parcel since 30/10 and it was due to be delivered on 01/11, it didn't arrive but tracking showed delivery had changed to 02/11 but again it didn't arrive and the delivery date had changed to 06/11. On the 03/11 it showed "delivery on hold" the explanation being that the item was bigger than expected and a specialist courier would need to deliver it (the item is 300mm x 110mm) can't understand the requirement for a "specialist courier".That has continued to be the position until out of the blue I received an email purportedly from "Claire" at evri who was going to sort the problem out, needless to say nothing has happened.
I the found that evri were advertising that they were offering a callback service I have requested that at least 5 times with no response.
There is nothing about this company that leads me to believe that their 4.2 rating on trustpilot is genuine.
