Good, but some room for improvement
Positive is that Support answered relatively quickly to my e-mails. Negative is that they contacted the owner directly, while I only asked about my options in a certain issue. This almost caused a conflict with the owner.
Also, I think the caution money (bail), should be managed by Yescapa, not by the owner, in order to prevent discussions. Furthermore, the caution money should not be paid in cash, but transferred by bank, because this is safer and payments are better documented.
Finally, my drivers license and ID could not be automatically recognised and verified, without explanation or way to proceed. I had to e-mail several times to resolve this issue.
However, overall Yescapa rendered a good service and everything ended well.
