Case Handled efficiently

It didn't take long on the phone to go through to the customer service! I explained to Kieran Coyle, the customer service officer the reason why I didn't pay on time. He agreed to remove the late payment charges, take payment of outstanding amount and helped set the direct debit. All done very quickly!!
