A mainly positive experience but...
By and large - very simple to check out the car. We had recieved a cancellation from Sixt at the last minute, leaving us stuck at Bordeaux Train Station. Was able to get a car from Alamo. Simple and straightforward.
The not good part? I was made to purchase an excess add-on insurance even though I was covered by another policy.
