Boycott PLT scam - missing item.

The facts remain and stand again and confirm. That package sent is not the same that I received and I do not know how many hands handle it before it arrives. One boxed pair of GOLD coloured shoes arrived alone in that package. End of.

No video evidence presented.

I placed an order with PLT on Thursday 11 July for 2 pair of shoes. When the parcel arrived I could see immediately that only one box was in the package. I assumed the second item was out of stock so went to check my emails for confirmation of this. I realised that both were listed as issued. I quickly took pictures of the package and one box within and sent a message to PLT. They got me to confirm that I had not received the item etc. They then sent a response on Sunday to say they had reviewed my order and confirmed that the shoes were packed. I do not know how this happened but only one box was in the package. This is so frustrating. PLT have stonewalled on this issue but there is something scammy about this whole thing. The onus of proof is not on me as the customer as we have no way of evidencing opening the package. This is such a scam. PLT/Boohoo should be boycotted and cancelled I know that this must have happened to others.

Having checked your order I can see that our Customer Service team and Escalations team have reviewed your claim for a missing item along with our specialist team and all have concluded that the parcel has been sent with all items and securely packaged and based on the delivery confirmation from the courier the same parcel has arrived at the delivery address.

As such no refund or replacement will be offered on this occasion.
