Useless
It was a complete waste of time trying to get back the money they charged me after I sold the property and asked them to close my account so I gave up. Now, ~9 months later they've sent me two emails asking me to get in touch because they've noticed I've cancelled my direct debit. Horrible reminders of dealing with one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.
I expect they'll respond with some platitudes telling me to contact them on social media or chat...read my last review, it's easier to get a GP appointment than get anything useful out of your chat.
