24s doesn’t care about loyal customers part 3 and final

24s is not ready to admit when they make a mistake and provides muddying response to the legitimate concerns. If the payment with my cc was refused by 24s why did I not get a message “ transaction refused by verification system” but instead this message appeared: “ payment has been declined by your banking institution”?. As a customer seeing this message I spent time and energy investigating the problem with my cc provider. Which, btw, confirmed in writing that there is no problem with the card and moreover no request to authorise the transaction was ever received from 24s. 24s please improve what messages the customers are receiving when shopping on your site and don’t create confusion. I cannot be the only customer this has happened to, I am sure.

We thank you for your feedback and sincerely apologize for the confusion encountered during your checkout on 24S.

Every credit or debit card payment made on 24s.com is processed by a verification system, which has refused our request to authorize your transactions.

It may occur that the situation arises from either your bank institution or our verification system.

In an attempt to challenge this decision, our dedicated department has investigated this situation and concluded that indeed our verification system is unable to grant you access.

The reason being in accordance with articles 3.4 and 6.7 from our general terms and conditions. More specifically, 24S reserves the right to cancel the execution of an order, in the event of an abnormally high number of returns.

Rest assured, your comments have been transferred to the concerned department in order to improve customer experience.
