Second time I have used WILLIAM WOOD mirrors and once again fantastic service from order to delivery. My chosen item was out of stock but the website clearly stated the expected date of new stock. This was very clear and not misleading in any way, it ensured I knew I was ordering an item that was not yet available. The item did come back into stock and earlier than anticipated which was good news.
The personalised courier service is fantastic, I received a text message with clear details of my window of delivery. The evening before the courier called me and advised that I was the first call of the day which was a Sunday, meaning he would be waking me up at around 7am. He was very considerate and said he was happy to leave the parcel in a safe place so he would not disturb our Sunday morning sleep. This was agreed and on the day the courier was so quiet parking up and delivering the item to my designated safe place area.
Product was packed well, instruction for fit were very clear and product excellent.
