Great fast support!
To start off, i want to note that Arozzi support has been one of the fastest and greatest!
I've had 2 issues in the past with my chair. Both i contacted Arozzi support, and both, they replied insanely fast!
The 24th of October, i contacted about a gaslift that didn't contain the pressure. Shortly after (approximately 1 hour later) Linus wrote back, both ensuring what parts i needed, based on my skills.
10 minutes after confirming that i would be capable to disassemble the chair, i got a confirmation that the parts had been packaged and approximately would be arriving within two business days. All within warranty!
That is great customer service!
The only "negative" part in this, was that after me confirming, i would not (at first) get a message back from Linus that the package would be shipped, that i was told by the carrier.
BUT EVEN THAT Arozzi handeled with perfection, because here Henrik wrote that Linus had prepared the new parts needed.
So all in all top customer service! Both from Henrik following up with an ending to the support, and Linus to be fast at determining necessary parts needed!
