Excellent customer support, provided me out of warranty replacement mat for free

Had a great customer experience with Arozzi Europe. I have an Arozzi Leggero table, have had it for 3 years and it has been excellent. However instead of carefully cleaning it with a sponge like usual, I put it in the washing machine on a too high heat in a rush one day and bent it out of shape. Despite it being 3 years old now and out of warranty, they found a mousemat they had in stock (despite the table being out of production now) and sent it out to me for free. I am very grateful for their excellent customer support and will be sure to continue supporting this company and exploring their other products. I highly recommend both their products and their customer support. Thanks!

As a UK customer I can only be grateful…

As a UK customer I can only be grateful for service this company provide. I bought gaming desk from arozzi living in Spain. Due to nature of my work I was then relocated to UK and now I wanted to replace desk mat. I just wrote a query to arozzi about new desk mat or mouse pad if you wish and they solved this at the highest standard! I did not have a problem with the desk being in EU having prompt delivery and I have 0 issues with arrozi from the UK. Great service and its products overall!

All you need just ask for help and great companies will help you to solve the issue you have.

Excellent Customer Service

I had an issue with my chair after the warranty period expired, but the support I received was very helpful, and my chair is now working like new again.

I am very happy with my chair, so it was a huge relief to be able to get it fixed quickly.

I would definitely buy from Arozzi again because a good customer service experience is very important to me.

Great chair and Great Service

So I ordered a gaming chair, the Arozzi Vernazza XL Softfabric - Gamestoel - Dark Grey. And for me, a 1.86 meter, 105 kilo guy it's a great chair. It's sturdy and also the perfect size. The service from Arozzi is also great. The mechanism under the chair (the base) made a light cracking noise and I broke the side plastic cover up caps by placing them without some patience. So I contacted Arozzzi EU about the cracking sound and I als o said that I broke the plastic caps and within a week Arozzi send me the spair parts for free, great service.

Old fashioned small business customer service wins the love of customers

I’ve always purchased “gaming style” chairs but since becoming an adult I wanted something that didn’t look like a “gamer chair”, as a cat owner I needed a fabric chair to hide the wounds of his climbing attempts.

In comes the Toretta. It feels like a steady mix between an ergo and gaming chair and supports me through many work from home hours and many more hours at the desk after work. My cat also approves and I have to bargain my claim to the chair daily.

Unfortunately after a years worth of daily double digit hours in the chair, and many unintended naps in the thing because I’m overworked and it was so comfortable, the mounting system from the gas lift to the chair failed. The chair now leaned horizontally and not just the intended backwards. The UK retailer I purchased it from (currys) sold me originally on Arozzi being based in Europe and selling spare parts. So off I went to purchase the spares at my own expense.

Unknown to me, some tax rules (thank you brexit..) stopped me from being able to just purchase the spare I needed as there is a minimum spend on the webstore. I reached out to support and within 6 days the spares had arrived and been fitted to my chair at Arozzi’s expense. The process was painless and the staff I spoke with (Linus) were great fun.

Bad service for UK customers

I have nothing but positive things to say about the comfort of the chair but if you need a replacement part and your in the UK good luck. As it's a minimum spend of £135 (not including tax) to be able to send the part to the UK.

This is the exact info they provide
"UK specific information (Except Norther Ireland) -After Brexit came into affect the VAT and custom fees are handled differently. We are now only able to deliver orders to the UK with a product value above £135."

Maybe I'm ill informed as to the reason but for a company to sell products in the UK and provide to no option for UK customers to buy replacement parts is poor.

Very good service experience

Bought a chair from Elkjøp four years ago. Instead of contacting Elkjøp for help, I went directly to the manufacturer, and they immediately sent the parts I needed for free.
Impressed with the quick and efficient service. Highly recommend!

Good chair, bad policy.

I bought "Arozzi Vernaza XL Supersoft Light Grey" less than a week ago. The shipment was fast so i got the chair yesterday. The Same day i got the chair i see an email that says Arozzi now got a summersale with 20% discount on the same chair.

I contacted the support and asked if I could get the money diffrence back (About 100 Euro) because I just felt unlucky in the timing of the purchase.

I got declined and instead offered a 20% discount on my next purchase wich is the exact same as the summer sale. The summer sale clearly says "20% off site wide". Most likely my personal discount code will not work in addition to the summer sale wich means
it´s completely useless.
Even if it would work there is nothing else i need at the moment as I just finished building my new gaming setup. I Said i could send it back and just buy a new one since I had not opened it yet. The reply was that it would cost me 40 Euros clearly hinting that it´s not worth the hassle.

Before sending my first email, I spoke to a friend that works for a big electronic retailer in Sweden and he said that it´s unusual for a company like Arozzi to not meet their customers in this request as he has done alot of times in his early years within a similar industry.

I´m happy with the product i bought but i cant help feeling kinda robbed the way this situation unfolded.

Best support staff ever

They sell the best gaming desks in the world. I've had mine for 3 years and I am very happy with it. When one of the legs started slowly descending at random times, I asked support for help. The support staff responded almost instantly and helped me fix the issue. Amazing support staff! Big shoutout to Linus

Illegal and scam activity

Since Trustpilot or Arozzi took down my previous review, I will use my verified account to rewrite it properly this time.

1. Product Description Discrepancy: The Arozzi website claims that the dual arm monitor could support up to 7 kg, and their email communications claims that the dual arm monitor could support up to 8kg. Contrary to these claims, the product failed to securely hold my monitors, which weigh 5.5kg and 3kg. This fundamental failure renders the product unfit for its advertised purpose.

2. Vendor Interaction: After encountering issues with the product, I contacted Arozzi Support with a detailed complaint and accompanying video evidence showing the malfunctioning product. Despite multiple communications, their responses have been unsatisfactory, insisting incorrectly that the problem was due to my mishandling. Even by letting them know I adjusted the screws correctly but they broke even without force, they still insisted that I was the the reason of the problem.

3. Manipulation of Consumer Feedback: I attempted to submit a negative review twice on the Arozzi website to inform other potential buyers of the product's issues. However, my review was not published, leading me to suspect that the company manipulates online feedback to present a misleadingly positive image of their products. For example, the product that I had purchased had only one 5 stars review, and most of their products has only 4 and 5 stars review on their website. This suspicion is supported by the stark contrast in the ratings on their website compared to external platforms like Trustpilot in the US and Europe. This 5 stars review on the product that I purchased misled me completely in my decision to purchase it. The clear contrast in the rating between US (2.3 stars) and Europe (4.3 stars) is suspicious.

4. Delivery and Handling Issues: The delivery process was also problematic, with the package being left at an insecure location far from my residence, and without any identity verification, further diminishing my confidence in the vendor’s reliability and legitimacy.

Overall, a very unpleasant company. Borderline illegal with their fake reviews and fake claims on their website.

Im sorry to see that you are unsatisfied with our support. We did ask a few questions to verify everything was done properly, this is something we need to do before we can start to look for errors, as not everyone understands the manuals correctly. We did not receive answers for these questions. You did recieved a return label so that you can return the product to us for a refund as well.

As for the delivery process, that is unfortunately not something that we decide, but it´s something you would need to take up with UPS to see what the reason was for delivering it to a location that was far away from you.

Extemely good service

Extemely good service. Ordered an Arena desk 2.5 years ago - one leg failed after 1.5 years, they sent out a new without question.

I then contacted them again a week ago, and asked them if the table could hold up to a modification i had made - and they looked at some pictures and said it should be able to hold up - but since it didnt, theyre now sending out TWO new legs, for a 2.5 year old table.

They have been nothing but nice, and i absolutely love the desk which has been working nonstop - except for the malfunctions, which turns out to be from a faulty batch.

Live Laugh Love Arozzi


My partner has owned the Arena desk for about 6 years now and he adores it - it's very, very sturdy and made out of good materials, especially the legs of the table. It's rather easy to put together as well.

So when it came to buying new gaming chairs I thought I might give one of their gaming chairs a try and boy oh boy is it the most comfortable gaming chair I have ever had. I got one with fabric and it's soft! The chair is big enough for my bubble butt and I have ample fun playing with the arm rests. I opted to get armrest pads too which are well worth the investment because they are the squishiest things ever!

We also purchased a new mousepad for the size of the table which has been an absolute life saver! I am so clumsy and I spill my drinks all the time, yet the mousepad is somewhat water resistant, it doesn't instantly absorb it, it kind of just sits on the mousepad in perfect droplets that you can quickly dab with a towel leaving almost no moisture behind. It's amazing!!!!

We also got a second pair of armrests for my partner and a footrest to share. Even the footrest seemed somewhat water resistant as I dropped some soda all over the place and was able to just wipe the droplets off the footrest with no issue - it was barely moist and not stick at all.

The footrest itself is also amazingly comfy and I am obsessed with it. We may have to get a second since I've been hogging it so much.

Delivery and shipping has been 10/10. So fast and so well packed. Also, side note, the tools I was giving to assemble the chair had my jaw on the floor because they are branded and well made.

Obsessed. Love Arozzi.

Bought a vernazza chair from Currys Uk…

Bought a vernazza chair from Currys Uk but unable to put together as missing all the washers. Very annoying as had to spen an hour trying to buy replacements. Not the quality control I would expect for a chair this expensive.
edit reply: Your instructions show washers, they were not in the pack, I had to buy them, I can show you the receipt which should be reimbursed.

Absolutely first class company

Absolutely first class company! Outstanding communications and went above and beyond to resolve an issue - I must point out that the chair I have is many years old and the issue was caused by general wear and tear and not a quality or manufacturing fault.

I’ll most definitely be looking to get an Arozzi chair when it comes time to replace the one I have. The build quality is superb and the aftercare is second to none.

Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone! 10/10.
