Grabbers were OK but tracking non-existent
Grabbers were OK. I was unable to track the delivery by Royal Mail and reported this to customer services, but they misread my email and apologized instead for the delay. There was no delay, but I wanted to make sure that I was at home to receive the parcel. As CareCo was the customer for Royal Mail they should be keeping an eye that the contract with them was being fulfilled.
