Frustrated customer MYB12372735B
Booking the holiday great experience trying to amend the booking awful. Usual online booking scenario really simple question that would be easily resolved if you could talk with a representative, impossible through a ‘virtual assistant, who constantly asks you to rephrase the question. All the systems are in place to stop you from actually resolving the problem by talking. Let’s see what happens, doubt my question will be answered.
