Great Response When Case Arrived Damaged
EDIT: The case arrived with a smashed glass panel. Bits everywhere. AWD IT resolved the situation and had an excellent and genuine approach to the problem. I don't think the damage to the case was their fault. I think it happened in transit. AWD posted a replacement, double-boxed, and collected the damaged case free of charge. They were really diligent. I have since used them twice and the products arrived in perfect condition.

I am sincerely sorry for this.
I have looked into this for you and can see that it has since been resolved. I can also see that this was raised with our couriers to ensure that preventative measures are put into place to stop this from replicating in the future.
