So here is my experience with a Kate backdrop. I ordered a 3x3 mtr backdrop with a nice vignette. It is extremely pixelated and way different than what's on their website. Of course I immediately contacted them, on email and via messenger. They are very reluctant to refund me. They claim that when ordering a 3x3 m there will be enlarged details when blowing it up. Well if your original design is not high enough in resolution to enlarge it to the different sizes you sell, then you should not sell them, simple as that. It's the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. I have to say that it's not the first backdrop from Kate I have bought, I have 2 others, one that is 3x3 that looks fine, and one in 3x6 meter that also looks fine. So I am baffled with this last one, it's simply not up to the standard of what I have received previously. They also delete your post on their facebook page, if it's not up to their liking.
