Really unimpressed with customer service at cult beauty.

Received this morning a wrong item. Fairly cheap hair brush.

So now I have to return the brush to cult beauty and only after they receive it back I can have a refund or my “right” order will be shipped.

I think it’s so ludicrous, I have to go to the post office on Xmas eve and send £5 item back before they deal with my order. Why can’t they just put it right immediately and ship the right items straight away? I am so so put off now after years of loyal custom and never had any issues in the past..
