An Vaillant engineer came out and fixed the boiler in no time!! I had been without heating for 3 1/2 days as the plumber I booked as an emergengy call out on the day the boiler stopped working, just walked away without any recommendation what to do next. Phil, the Vaillant engineer, was excellent and I am so pleased to have the heating back on!!! Thank you Phil, Teddy
