1) order product from house of fraser

2) Disgust upon learning this lot are the couriers

3) receive email from Evri stating they have my parcel

4) a week later no delivery, tracking number does not correspond, no goods, no response from this iniquitous organisation.

5) contact retailer and begin monotonous process of complaint

6) evri staff help themselves to items in transit.

This would seem to be the standard operating model for this thieving outfit. Avoid at all cost. There needs to be some form of legal/criminal investigation into the huge number of parcels going missing.
