Same as Everyone Else No lenses no contact
Ordered on 16th September 2022 and no lenses received to-date (not the first time I've had delays but the first time I haven't had anything back at all from Pure Optical. ) Very disappointed - have recommended them up to now. Will change suppliers as can't see a reason for taking down the Telephone Contact Number and then not answering emails or website messages. I've sent quite a number of messages asking for explanation of what's happening over the past week -No response. Refund please Pure Optical. Phil Scott SE6
