Excel parking is a scam company BEWARE!!

This car park is made deliberately difficult to pay for your parking and if you try you will get fined!

Both parking machines tried did not work. Beware.
The automated telephone service for payment would not accept payment. The telephone helpline is just an annoying loop that will not get answered. The signage is deliberately confusing and in small print. The parking charge notice will arrive with not enough days to appeal so your fine will automatically increase - BEWARE.

Things that do work - ANPR camera’s- surprise
Parking charge payment system - surprise
No ability to talk to the company in person - surprise
No proper business address just a PO Box - surprise

If it had not been for a family bereavement I would have taken them to court. We had enough stress without dealing with a scam company.

Excel parking Services claim to be accredited to the IPC this means nothing. The IPC states the signage must be clear, payment machines must be in good working order. IPC look at who you are accrediting, please!

Shame on you Excel Parking Services and your staff in these difficult financial times no one needs this. Most people try to make a living the honest way.
