Our Edwardian/Victorian Mosaic Tiled hall was in reasonable condition but was lackluster and appeared to have ingrained soiling. Stephen Carpenter (our Nottinghamshire Tile Doctor) appeared very experienced and gave an accurate assessment as to how much improvement we could expect - and our external porch turned out better than he told us it might. He and his wife did as good a job on it as we could expect. It now looks materially brighter, with more vibrant colours and our family can clearly notice the difference. I would have given 5 stars but it was quite expensive and there was some unavoidable damage to new paintwork. However it costs what it costs, they have a lot of expensive kit and I doubt very much I could have achieved the same outcome myself. I would strongly advise decorating after and not before having a tiled floor cleaned.
