Dishonest and incompetent. If it were possible to give 0 stars that would still be too high a rating. This company was poor when trading as Hermes and even worse after rebranding.
I placed an order with Wilko and subsequently received email from EVRI to say that they had received my parcel and would be delivering shortly. Three weeks later, NOTHING. Using tracking on their website the parcel is still shown as awaiting delivery.
The useless cowardly, faceless EVRI website would not allow me to email or ring them as no such details exist for you to use. All I got was an automated message saying I should contact the sender if delivery had taken more than seven days.
I contact Wilko by email and phone and in the course of the call the helpful wilko person stated that EVRI claimed they had delivered the items.
What the heck?
To whom?
How? when their tracking was still showing item was awaiting delivery. How? When I had never received notification of pending or even failed delivery.
This is dishonesty and incompetence and it may well be that those in their employ help themselves to whatever takes their fancy.
I will empty any online basket I have if upon reaching checkout I see that delivery is being provided by this outfit.
