Poor customer Service

This is one of the worst spares company’s I have ever used. Haven placed an order and signed up for an account the invoice was created then taken of screen, on trying to log in again it informed me my email and password did not match. Received this message. “Unfortunately we have been unable to locate your order. In order for us to investigate this further please provide the following details that were used on the order:

Name
Order Number
Contact Number
Email Address
Full address including postcode

They seem to max out on one message per day, this was Friday 10.48. 07/01/22. Order was placed 05/01/22 and payment taken. The above Information was provided within 30min of request.
Still no response.
Things did improve the no excess was sorted by a member of the customer services to my account, with two replays in one day my thanks to him. The other plus was the goods had been despatched, and has arrived, and the correct part that was ordered.
