Review of Stratstone - BMW Harrogate

Do not deal with this BMW dealership. Poor customer service. Utter disappointment!!!

This is a very unprofessional dealer. I placed a reservation fees for a BMWX3 for the quoted and agreed price. It took them 24 hours of dealing and checking of the car and confirmation of the condition and price of the car. I had to give up on other car offers and wasted so much of my time. After placing the reservation fees, they informed me that the price is actually £7000 dearer than the agreed and quoted price. This is a total disappointment! There is no honouring on the Stratstone Harrogate part and just outright negligence. I will not recommend dealing with Stratstone Harrogate. The manager just said it’s a mistake and they are not liable to anything.
