Retailer had put the wrong house on collection
My retailer had put the wrong house on the returns ticket. Same postcode but different house name. I had great difficulty trying to contact Hermes to advise the correct address. I did manage eventually after several attempts to add my phone number and the courier phoned me to query if the parcel was ready to collect and I gave him the right address and handed over my parcel.
