Trade Me support is non-existent
I recently came home to NZ after living overseas for near on a decade. Naturally I needed a Trade Me account for job and property hunting, so I set one up only to be told I had been banned. After 3 weeks of getting no response from support, I finally got the issue resolved, the issue had to do with confusion over where I was located.
Once the account was activated, I received another message from support saying they had closed and transferred debt from my “other” accounts. I have never used Trade Me before, as I have never had a need for it in the UK. I’ve been trying to get answers from their support team but they do not respond. It has been two weeks and every email has gone unanswered.
Trade Me support is non-existent and they don’t care about their users. I wish there were good alternatives to Trade Me.
