Good in clinic but needs to be more personable

We first used the Shepshed clinic with our first baby and it was so lovely and personable. The second time around it has been taken over by ultrasound direct. While the sonographers were absolutely lovely and as professional as ever we found the booking process and not being able to speak to the clinic directly very impersonal and clinical and as we wanted to do something a bit special with our gender reveal after the Harmony test it was quite a faff and involved a number of phone calls whereas it hadn’t been when it was a private individual setting. Unfortunately the results still got sent to us automatically so it was a good job I didn’t open the email! When it is a service so personal as having a baby they need to work on making it more personable like it was when it was Miracle in Progress.
