Appalling service - avoid
Not sure what’s going on with Hermes at the moment, I’ve had 1 parcel lost in transit, 2 they said they’ve delivered (which they haven’t and no photo proof of delivery from them) and 2 which they’ve held onto for over a week before being delivered, and that’s in the last 3 weeks. In every occasion where I’ve reported it to Hermes they’ve told me to report it to the seller and get another one sent. No accountability at all, but I’m sure one of their employees is having a lovely time with my fancy bubble bath they’ve nicked.
I actively try to avoid companies that use Hermes now as it’s not worth the hassle.
