Very bad almost unable to reach customer service
I booked a BUS ride in the Netherlands. Not the carpooling. The bus division has very bad almost unable to reach customer service. I chose English but still end up with a french speaking person refusing to help, after two trials I got another french girl who at least tried. I would recommend anyone booking a trip to always book with a company that has customer service reachable by phone. This company is only reachable by Facebook (Robot chat) or a form on the website. Especially now with all covid regulations changing day by day I find this to be very irritable. Not booking with this company again for sure.
