I arranged for a courier collection from Hermes but the courier didn't turn up, so I rearranged it, but meanwhile managed to get to one of their parcelshops only to find on scanning that it apparently wasn't eligible for a parcel drop off! Why?? It was one pair of normal size jeans! ! I've rebooked a collection, but what happens if Hermes again fail to turn up??What a rubbish service.
