Abysmal service once SCS received payment
(UPDATED) Following my original review ScS customer services have since been in contact to explain that the delivery date could be sooner than expected, however, it could also be later.. Not overly helpful.
The Sales rep stated that we would receive the sofa in 10-12 weeks which is longer than expected but in the current situation we can’t complain too much. Having received the invoice we discovered the earliest delivery TO SCS was actually 16.5 weeks. I contacted to enquire whether this could be sped up or if we could receive a refund to get an sofa sooner but haven’t heard anything back. At this rate we might move house before the sofa arrives. The experience buying the sofa was great, as was the rep, the experience since is appalling but I suppose SCS has my money now..
