They answered all the questions I had and were extremely competent (my case is slightly complicated, since I work for a UN agency and do not pay income taxes per se in the country I reside, but do have to pay an "internal tax"...). The communication and customer support is EXCELLENT!! I had a personal contact right from the start, who seems to have been in charge of my "case", as it was always the same person who answered my questions or who contacted me if he had questions. I am soooo glad and relieved I found someone to help me out with all the confusing paper work!! I am in really good hands and will be using this fantastic service until I retire and beyond!!
