Boiler broke down

Boiler broke down. British Gas Home care booked us in for the earliest available - 24th February!!!! But also said to contact Local Heroes, and if they could sort it, would refund the bill (less excess of course). Contacted Local Heroes,, asked for a visit same day if possible or next day. Within half an hour got positive response from Pete, who arrived shortly after that and sorted things out. Brilliant
