WORST PURCHASING EXPERIENCE EVER
I've returned a TV for more than a month.
On the 21st of December, I've received a confirmation that the TV was back in their stock and that I would have received news about my refund asap.
More than a month has passed by now and I have no news about my money when I will receive them or whatsoever.
I've been calling the customer service several times, not speaking about the waste of time waiting to have someone on the phone, they have never been able to solve the situation and confirm my refund.
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
