It should be zero stars. 'Sales' staff (more than 2 individuals) goes out of their way to say WHY we cannot buy specific items. Last time it was a coffee machine missing one small unimportant decorative plastic part. This time it was the floor model of a 1,75 meter 10 kg room fan.
Question 1: Where are these?
Answer 1: That's the last one.
Question 2: OK. Where is the box?
Answer 2: Destroyed.
Question 3: Can there be any box? It's for a gift and needs to be wrapped.
Answer 3: No.
Question 4: Can there be a bag?
Answer 4: No.
Question 5: Can there be a discount? It had some obvious marks and transport would have been difficult. (Perhaps taxi.)

Imagine if you will, a young girl and an old woman on crowded public transportation for about 40 minutes with a heavy awkward object (or objects) on one of these very hot days when the other people are hot and short tempered and the object perhaps getting more damaged.
In the interest of public safety, the decision was made to not subject other travelers to the sounds of falling pipes and perhaps some creative swearing or the risk of generating anger.
The one person in the store who was helpful was the cashier. She did offer a bag but her bags were made of paper and did not appear strong enough. Beyond that, the attitude of the others made us unwilling to contribute to paying their salaries by buying the product.
She offered to call the manager over but he was observed during the second conversation and appeared afraid of the sales staff.
Question 6: Can one be ordered? It will obviously be in a box.
Answer 6: No.
Question 7: How can we get this fan?
Answer 7: Order it from the Internet.
We don't see the sense of shop assistants proposing ordering from Amazon or the manufacturer but this the third time this was proposed at this shop over the last 10 years.
Decided to go to competitor and bought fan.
Will not buy washing machine from that shop/this chain.
(Question: Does sales staff buy unsold products at a discount? It seems the only possible motivation.)
----- After reading the reply from Unieuro headquarters we can only imagine that no one cares about lost profit or ties to the community. This WAS NOT an isolated attitude. 4 of 5 times in the past 5 years we were told to buy from a different company by sales staff. Usually this was in response regarding an item they didn't stock or would have had to order. 3 other times it was for something present in the store.

Are you guys exist? Is there any company called as Unieuro? What a stupid service. I called you many times regarding my order and your answer is not stable. Before you called me that you were waiting news from the currier for my order and today you literally said that you were not given it from warehouse to the currier. I am waiting for 2 weeks. What is your problem? I wanted to cancel my order and buy it again from higher price(unfortunately you do not even offer something for me), and you did not even refund it yet. Just send my current order or return it. Is it that much hard? YOU JUST HAVE ONLY ONE THING. I even created customer complaint on you but you do not reply. I wish there was another way to give you the lowest star, because even 1 star is too much high for you. I will give you the lowest comments on every social media account that I find. Worst service ever, don't buy from unieuro in cagliari
I have never written a bad review for any company or store in my life, but based on my recent experience with my new phone, I am forced to write this type of review: it is terrible behavior from Unieuro employees.
On April 27, 2025, I purchased a Motorola Moto G84 phone from Unieuro store in Viale la Plaia, 15 in Cagliari. Unfortunately, the device had a software issue and I returned it for repair on May 10, 2025. When I returned for service, the phone was in perfect condition, with no visible scratches or damage. To collect the phone, I had to return more than 5 times to ask about the status of the repair and when I could collect it. Finally, on June 10, 2025, I returned to the store to collect the device. However, I was not allowed to check its condition before delivery by the staff. They put the screen guard and never told me that there was some scratch on the phone, wrapped it in the plastic cover and gave the phone, didn't let me check it. To my surprise and disappointment, when I got home, I noticed a clear scratch on the bottom of the phone, which was completely non-existent when I returned it for repair. I trusted the store clerk about the condition of the phone when I was returned it back, this is shameful and immoral. Then, when I came to store in the morning today, they completely denied of any fault of theirs, why would I intentionally scratch my new phone, I also have an old phone for more than 6 years, it still doesn't have a single scratch, and for a new phone, why would I intentionally scratch it? The clerk never informed me about the scratch and now they blame the customer for the intentional scratch, it was a really bad experience.
This is not proper behavior towards a foreigner customer who has a job and a residence permit, who has already lived in Cagliari for more than a year and is trying to learn the culture and language, Also if you ask something more than one time to the staff, very quickly they get irritated and always show some arrogance, such negligence, malpractices, was not expected from a reputable company. And the best part is they don't even let you lodge a formal complaint.
Please think twice before buying from unieuro.

Have to say, they truly nailed it with the product range. I like one-stop-shop places, and this is exactly that. Their online shopping platfomri is also good, super smooth, making it easy to find exactly what I need. The deals they offer are fantastic, and I couldn't resist snagging a few items on sale. However, I’ve noticed that the quality of in-store service can be hit or miss depending on the location. At times, I’ve encountered super helpful staff who know their stuff and are ready to assist. Other times, though, it feels a bit chaotic, and it’s tough to get anyone’s attention. But on the good side the prices can’t be beaten, especially when you catch one of their sales :)

Unieuro haded some great deals and deciding to order… but if you looking for speedy delivery, you be disappointed… they sended my parcels with a pigeon carrier 😀
I order my gadgets with excitement, only to find myself playing the waiting game for what feeling like an eternity.

I ordered tv to this store in Clusone. When i unpacked tv it was not working so i delivered it to the store. Guys checked it and asked if i want refound on gift card or they can order new tv for me. So i went with getting new tv that was about to be delivered in a week. Now im waiting 2nd week and got information that instead of new tv "assistanza" took it and checking it so probably i'll be waiting another 2 weeks. Avoid this store and Unieuro as whole.
Update:
They send me broken tv, after 3 weeks they repaired it and send me again now but fixed instead of new as they were saying. So i bought broken tv for full price. Avoid unieuro in Clusone and as a whole.

For all the tourist. Dont buy any product if you visit italy from the unieuro.
They literally dont know how to provide you with taxfree form. This already caused me more than 400 euro of waste. now that I came back to my country I cannot do anything. They dont wven have simple single support for these issues.

Don't buy from them. I had bought a security chain and they delivered it to me full in dust and the fabric of the product was torned. I contacted them and told me it is not worthy to do all the process of returining the product and they can give me a 5 euro coupon. I demaded my product is replaced and what they brought me was another chain which was also rotten, dirty and torned.
Two weeks now i am asking them to allow me to return the product at store, since waiting for somebody from the company to pick up the product at home is impossible for me and they will not accept it. It is not about the 15 euros that i payed for the chain to begin with, but it is about all the suffering i have been through because of them, and they are not even elastic, so the issue is solved.
I will never buy again from them and do not recommended it to anyone else!

On September 25 I went to store Unieuro in piazza San Babila to buy a smartwatch forerunner 255. A salesman that attended me, showed me the smartwatch in exposition and I tried. I told him that I will buy so he told me to go at a cashier and pay the product. I did and return with him to take the product. The salesman gave me the product but he didn’t check with me if the product was correct and I didn’t too. I came back to my country but when I opened the box, for my surprise the box was empty. My smartwatch wasn’t inside the box. Now I don’t have the product and payed 249 euros. So I need a help to fix my problem, because I am totally loss.

My cousin went to purchase an iphone 15 so they handed him an old with dent on it by saying that they are bringing it from inside and they unboxed it.Since he is new he was unable to speak Italian so the sales girl took the advantage and handed the dent phone.When he came home to unbox it we were all shocked to see such condition!When we went to fix it they were

I went to the local store in Valla Crosia to buy a Ducati E scooter but they only had one in stock. I needed 4 pcs. So the last 3 should be bought online.
But their site is not working and when i ask if they can deliver to their shop in valla crosia then this is not possible. So"we can not help" is the only message.
