Was a long standing customer of Armani for many years, must have spent £1000's. But they don't respect their customers. Any issue and they fob you off....then totally ignore your calls, emails etc.
Not only has their product quality declined massively, but in a competitive marketplace that requires good customer service & satisfaction nowadays, this company fails in every respect.
