I've been a customer for years now and have probably completed close to 50 orders with Digitec and Galaxus. I've never had a problem with their service (on two occasions with their products, but they were replaced swiftly) as they do even have shops (only in Switzerland though... I think) where you can return your products and ask for help. Definitely one of the most trustworthy online shops in my humble opinion.
