No words really, never experienced anything like it
Sorry for the length of review but please read to save yourself stress....Started off well with lots of contact from the salesperson, on arrival I was left to wonder around the car lot until I saw a car that grabbed my attention but not the one I had told them over the phone I wanted to look at. After 30 mins in the cold I went back to the showroom to tell the salesperson I couldn't find the vehicle I came to see, which turned out to be at their smaller lot over the road. He opened the car so I could take a look and asked me if I wanted to proceed, no offer of test drive, which I had to ask for. He didn't check to see if I had a licence, which I commented on, he then sat in the back seat on his mobile phone whilst I took the car on the motorway, thankfully my car-savvy son was with me so I could make an informed decision. I paid my deposit (which I will add was refunded promptly after sale completed) then the fun began. I was pushed to go with their finance company Oodle although I still to receive a formal written quotation from Cartime despite asking, it took 5 days for a verbal quote to be provided during which time the finance company i had already chosen were proceeding smoothly with my application, money at the ready. The salesperson ignored their emails and refused their calls then after 18 calls from myself sent an invoice with incorrect bank details so the finance company paid into the wrong account! This fiasco took 11 days from deposit to collection, filled with fob offs, excuses and rude receptionists. Picked up the car, after being handed the keys the salesperson walked off with his colleague and left me to figure out the car by myself, no info on where the filling station was, nothing. Nice cars but AVOID AT ALL COST and don't touch their warranty offer. Customer care is non-existent.
