Not a good experience
I wouldn't recommend using this firm. Everything was unprofessional, shambolic and a complete mess from start to finish. I ended up having to change solicitors after 5 months because nothing was achieved.
I was also charged for automated emails from themselves about phone lines and emails being down, and for emails from myself chasing them for their lack of response - which is pretty outrageous in my eyes. And funnily enough - it took leaving this review to get them to address this. It’s a shame it took this length to get them to listen. You also have to question any solicitor that doesn’t have time to respond to their existing clients, but seemingly has all the time in the world to respond to a public review.
Please save yourselves additional stress and distress in an already difficult time, and go to someone who knows what they're doing. Yes they may charge more initially, but at least they'll do their job!
