Not a good experience

I wouldn't recommend using this firm. Everything was unprofessional, shambolic and a complete mess from start to finish. I ended up having to change solicitors after 5 months because nothing was achieved.

I was also charged for automated emails from themselves about phone lines and emails being down, and for emails from myself chasing them for their lack of response - which is pretty outrageous in my eyes. And funnily enough - it took leaving this review to get them to address this. It’s a shame it took this length to get them to listen. You also have to question any solicitor that doesn’t have time to respond to their existing clients, but seemingly has all the time in the world to respond to a public review.

Please save yourselves additional stress and distress in an already difficult time, and go to someone who knows what they're doing. Yes they may charge more initially, but at least they'll do their job!

We are sorry you arent happy with the service that you received from us because we always want our clients to be happy with the work that we have done for them. We can sympathise with clients and, of course, appreciate the frustration that can arise when the matters that they are involved in do not progress as quickly as they would like, there are occasions when matters do not move forward as quickly as our clients would like. However, where there are two parties involved and until any court proceedings are issued, matters can only ever move forward with the acquiescence and co operation of both parties. We would also question why a person would continue to instruct anyone on their behalf if, from the "start", they were not happy. We are always happy to discuss any concerns or queries anyone may have, not least of all because we are a family run business and like to put our clients needs first.
