I made a wrong reservation
I made a reservation first for a round trip flight from Hongkong to Amsterdam. Unfortunately I made a mistake to change the first and family name. After I called with the airline, which told me the ticket was still not issued, I called with your support center. After they let me wait first for 20 minutes, the woman told me I only could cancel the ticket for 51 Euro!?! and book another ticket again.

We advise our customers to double check the selected flights and also the spelling of the names before making the payment. If a mistake happens despite of this we advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will then check the applicable fare rules set by the airline for your specific ticket type and see if anything can be done to solve the problem.
