Really miserable about my new Rangemaster

I bought a new Rangemaster Professional dual fuel through Curry's. I was thrilled to be getting my dream cooker. The first range arrived and the enamel was chipped. Well spotted curry's. The second range arrived and was duly installed at the end of November 2016. We didn't use it much as our kitchen was being finished off so we mainly used the hob. On Christmas Eve the main oven on the range started tripping the electric. We got our local electrician round who checked the circuit and we found it was the main oven causing the problem. So no main oven for Christmas then. I finally get through to Rangemaster on the 28th. I want a refund or an exchange. The product is obviously faulty. Rangemaster customer service is there to fob off the customer. So far I have been offered a repair in a weeks time. This took about an hour of being passed back and forth between curry's and Rangemaster. Don't bother with Rangemaster. Buy something reliable
