Scam book dealer
This company is an online scam which gets you to buy discounted books, while allegedly saying that they are physical copies, they get your money and send a digital copy instead.
I’ve tried repeatedly to get a refund but just get fobbed with replies from some automated bot crap.
I have now complained to my American Express card provider and they have taken on the investigation.
It’s not a great deal of money that’s involved but definitely the principal.
The website doesn’t even feature digital books and clearly states a free physical delivery to U.K. addresses.
Be warned.
Scam
Scam. No where on the website did it advise it was an ebook. Details talked of free postage and delivery times. I received no confirmation email. I complained after my book didn't show up.
Standard template reply sent advising an ebook and to go to link and download. I never received the link.
Utter scam
Utter scam. No mention of ebook on the add but then palm you off with a download and say no returns.
Avoid
Not a real bookshop
As others have noted these are scammers. They only sell ebooks but don't state this. They state 'In stock ready to dispatch' but they don't sell physical books. I queried this and they said I can't have a refund because it's a download. They are based in Lithuania.
Scammers
Scammers! They send you digital copies then refuse refund. If you have already placed the order CONTACT YOUR BANK, my bank switched back my payment and report to Trading Standards.
Do Not Use This Company!!!
Do Not Use This Company. I thought that I was buying a physical book not an ebook. There is absolutely no indication of this when purchasing?
I have tried daily to get a HUMAN response from them but with no success. The only replies come from what I can only assume is a bot!!!
Scam site
Scam site. Do not buy as they advertise physical books and deliver a pdf download. Won't issue refunds-avoid
Scam
Scam. Leads you to believe you are buying a physical book but then then send you an email with an ebook link.

Misleading & unhelpful company…
This company has very misleading adverts implying they sell physical books with free postage. Nowhere does it say they are ebooks. Very unhelpful response to complaint and refused a refund. Do not deal with this company.
This was an absolute scam
This was an absolute scam. The listing clearly showed a physical book, but after I paid, I got an e-book. Nowhere did it say that, and it’s completely misleading. I feel ripped off and furious that a seller can get away with this
Been conned. Beware !!!!
They advertise half price book, when paid you get sent a download link. There is apparently no hard copy.
Later read reviews here and everyone has been conned the same way. I have immediatly emailed for a refund and see what happens next. seems this may take some time and effort from reading other reviews of this company. This is blatant miss selling.
SCAMMERS
Terrible to deal with
Terrible to deal with. Very misleading and my advice is to stay away from this company. They make you think you'll be receiving an actual book but you will only get a download of it and NO refund in sight!!!!
Shocking avoid at all costs
Shocking, avoid at all costs. They advertise physical books & then deliver an ebook, when I requested a refund they were obstructive & just wasted my time. I had to get my money back from my credit card company.
SCAM SCAM SCAM
This company is a SCAM!
They sell on their website ebooks without mentioning it at all.
It mentions books, delivery within UK, free delivery nothing that is related to e-books!
Be aware this firm does not indicate…
Be aware this firm does not indicate anywhere you are ordering an ebook. No refunds given when contacted. Advert would make you think you are getting a physical book.
VERY DECEITFUL PRACTICE.

Scam company
Scam company, they don't sell physical books, only pdf. Doesn't say anything about it not being physical in description. You give them delivery and they state how long delivery takes but all a scam. Stay away!
Do not order from this company
I wish I’d read reviews before ordering. There is absolutely no mention of my order being an ebook until the ordering process goes through. I contacted them and they have refused any refund. Throughout the ordering process it mentions free shipping to my home address - total scam - I will be contacting my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
