Top Notch Customer Service and Value!
I recently ordered some new camping things for the summer. The morning after my order (I ordered late in the evening) Drew personally rang me to let me know the tent I ordered was no longer in stock due to the supplier but gave me some fantastic information and advice on different options.
He personally let me know when he had packed it up and sent it off too.
Drew clearly loves his business and his customers and is incredibly knowledgeable. I will definitely be buying more things from him soon!

Sometimes it's impossible to cover all the bases, all of the time, when you do almost everything yourself. I am sorry I had sold out of the tent you were after, but glad I was able to sort you something else.
