Cathy and Pascal rented us their beautiful camper van for a wonderful weekend in The Vosges. The camper was beautifully decorated and included every conceivable requirement for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
My two children and our dog loved it.
Cathy and Pascal were very friendly and warm. They gave a thorough briefing and clearly take a lot of pride and passion in their motorhome.
I would have no hesitation in recommending renting from them - we will be returning!

Fix your phone autentication
One of the problems with your site is that you insist on a 2 level authentication using a code sent to a portable phone.
I am sure that that works fine for French people and possibly other Europeans but I live in the USA and you cannot connect to American phones for texting.
Where your site looks very stupid is when you present a list of countries and country phone code that the user can use to select his/hers country only to discover that the phone from that country cannot be used for authentication. This does not look good at all and is a bad reflection on a business that is potentially professional otherwise.
MY 2 cents.

Not the Airbnb of RV Rentals—Beware!
I recently rented a camper van through Wiki Camper from an owner who was renting it out for the first time. I took great care of the vehicle, parking in normal places, and cleaning both the interior and exterior before returning it. However, when I returned the van, the owner was extremely upset over minor issues like dust on the window seals, grease on the tires (yes, really), and more. He was particularly angry about the sewage not being cleaned properly, even though I did my best—this was my first time doing it, so perhaps it wasn't perfect.
The owner's reaction made me feel as though I'd damaged something precious to him. After that, I received complaints about micro-scratches and issues with the awning and bike rack—two things I never even used. Now, the owner has sent me documents to pay for cleaning fees and micro-scratches, which seems unreasonable. He appears to be excessively nitpicky, and I have no way to prove otherwise.
I’ve been trying to reach out to Wiki Camper to better understand my rights and the insurance coverage to avoid losing my deposit, but they’ve been ignoring my emails. Wiki Camper doesn’t seem to facilitate proper communication between renters and owners, which leaves the renter vulnerable to harassment and unfair claims. I’m struggling to see the point of using a broker site like this if they don’t help resolve disputes or properly educate the owners on reasonable expectations.
In short, Wiki Camper has been unhelpful and unresponsive, which is disappointing. I also use Airbnb to rent out my apartments, and this service is nothing like that. If you’re considering renting an RV through Wiki Camper, be cautious and aware that you may not receive the support you expect if something goes wrong.
