A special mention to Jade for keeping me updated and Callam for fixing,testing and future advice. My trusty bike was delivered very quickly and very well packaged.Hopefully I will now many more miles use.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Westhill for product and after sales service.

I bought an electric Westhill Classic bike some 6 years ago and it is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Great to ride, fantastic brakes. I keep one pannier permanently attached and it seems to be cavernous, the day's shopping slips in. Stand works well and the spring on the rack holds a cable lock in place. All very easy. I wish it had a rear light and a lock built into the body.

I loved my Westhill Classic until the other day when I was normally cycling and the large bottom weld snapped.
No problems in 4.5 years of ownership otherwise.
It's knackered already

The bike was delivered in August 22. Had problems form the first ride and left messages for a call back but nobody ever does call you back. The communication is non existent and attitude is clear they do not care at all once they have your money. Their independent dealer who is local to me confirmed that the bike was faulty and should be replaced but they refuse to acknowledge this. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE, you have been warned!

I love my classic Westhill electric bike. It's brilliant with my saddle bags when I go swimming or shopping and gets me around quickly and easily. When my screen got damaged recently in the very high winds, Austin and team were really helpful identifying the replacement screen I needed to get that out to me. The bike is great, performs well and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Brought my westhill venture from Hereford electric bikes and they were fantastic had a little problem and John came out to me within 30 min ,and got in touch with westhill and got a reply very quickly and this bike is amazing would recommend westhill to anybody

Just received my Folding Ebike and its perfect, light enough to get in my motor home easily, battery is very simple to remove and the ride quality is amazing I forgot that it was a folding bike.

These guys are about as good as customer service can get!
They contacted me the day I bought the Westhill Venture e-bike to thank me for my purchase and arrange a delivery date.
The bike arrived very well packaged and protected.
I had a spot of bother putting the bike together but I rang them and they video called me straight away to talk me through what to do.
Been very friendly and respectful from start to finish and the bike rides like a dream.

After taking her 1st trip on her new Westhill Venture E-bike my wife is over the moon with it, 7 as I had already made my review we thought it would be only right to say how she felt about owning her 1st E-bike which is the start of our new Adventures on E-bikes, this model is just 24kgs with the battery & is easy to operate & ride, also the help we had from all concerned at Electirc Rider & Westhillbikes was great as there is nothing they can't help you with, we would recommend both companies for future sales for sure.
