My account with Azets must be one of their smallest but getting a quick response is less and less likely.
Compare that with the phrasing of the first email I opened in 2025, it was from Azets

Actually this was Azets first presentation of the invoice.
In 2025 we need to be more friendly with each other AND we need to use the glorious language that we share, to generate a positive and genial ambience. A miserable first email of 2025.

A Coventry engineer fitted the towbar, who could be better? Everything as quoted, spot on.

I bought an electric Westhill Classic bike some 6 years ago and it is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Great to ride, fantastic brakes. I keep one pannier permanently attached and it seems to be cavernous, the day's shopping slips in. Stand works well and the spring on the rack holds a cable lock in place. All very easy. I wish it had a rear light and a lock built into the body.

I ordered a jacket and paid for it on 10th June, 16 days later no sign of it and impossible to track the order. I fear this may be a scam company.

Immediately after ordering, I realised an item was being sent by mistake to Australia and not my UK address so I contacted the company and asked for redirection or cancellation. NO COOPERATION. I tried a dozen times to get cancellation or redirection, to no avail. Eventually Ebay reimbursed me but this company did nothing. I won't knowingly use Online appliances555 again. But hey you might be lucky, I just wouldn't bet on it.

JJ's recent review echoes my experience. I get a constant pop up advert from McAfee. They give advice to remove it, that advice doesn't work. They take remote control of my pc to delete the pop up but they have tried several times and failed. Dear McAfee you aren't even able to stop McAfee pop ups!

Getting a rep to call led to emails and phone calls but no caller.
A shambles.

Evergen now say they have no record of me as a customer!
Shame about the email trail.

Ordered a book to raise someone's morale following an op.
Book didn't arrive and today BD tell me it won't be delivered and I'm to be refunded, no apology or explanation.
Come on BD this is your core task,deliver the books.
