Werkspot is totally unreliable. The app is very poor in terms of usage and reliability. It happened to me to see my project is assigned to one company without my consent and it is not possible to change that. Also if you make a review to a company then the company itself is able to remove it without your consent (so they keep only the good ones) which makes the reviews pointless and as such not trustworthy. If you have a project and you start looking for proffesionals you soon realize that you are not able to choose more that one or two companies to discuss with..... Dangerous and useless app! AVOID

Werkspot is good but I feel sometimes the contractors there are not having real reviews. I've had good and bad experience with contractors but overall the platform and their customer service is fairly good.

I do not recommend werkspot.nl as they charge whether you take a job or not you can't even contact with potential customer. You pay for "leeds" and there is really small chance to get a job. I got an offer 2 or 3 times and called several times customer without any succes, nobody picked up the phone even. There is big space to put fake adverts and steal from people.

Werspot works relatively well. When we find a professional and the ratings are good, they can usually do the job.
It would be great if they had more options though, sometimes it's hard to find a professional even for basic jobs

Very happy with the results, the professional was indeed very honest and committed with his job. I must say that to my fist publication, In English, I didnt have any answers. However, after redo it in Dutch, I got up until 3 professionals. So I will recommend, to use Google translator to publish your issue.
Rather than that, all excellent.

Werkspot offers a €9.95 service cost with a €65 per hour charge. I have used Werkspot twice and in both cases, I was charged over €150 per visit even though each visit lasted less than one hour.

In both cases, the problem reoccurred after one hour and in both cases, it proved impossible to get the plumbers out again.

So the question is does Werkspot know this and knowingly accept this behaviour from its plumbers or not?

Certainly its plumbers appear to be carrying out a very profitable scam.

Application can be enhanced for multilingual

Very nice and useful platform. Have used it many times. Usually happy with the persons/companies that I have selected to do the job, although I was disappointed once.
