Yet another battle and having to go to Trading Standards. After only 4 years my cladding is flaking all over. I've been fobbed off with it's due to my south facing house so it's not guaranteed. I argued that if I had been informed of this at the time off consultation and installation I would not have had it done. I've been fobbed off with its only a 1 year guarantee with cladding. See their website for confirmation of 10 year guarantee. We have had 1 heatwave, surely not enough to cause so much damage.
Using this company has been a hugh nightmare.

It's a pity there is not a minus option because they don't even deserve a 1 star. Absolutely appalling. Happy to discuss with anyone considering using them.

No doubt they will put a fob off reply on here. It's totally useless and a misleading.

Save yourselves a nightmare and go to a different company.

They were great start to finish. Salesman took us though all different options and samples. Fitter on time polite and cleaned up after them selfs

From start to finish this company have been amazing. The salesman who came out was really informative about the windows and doors and extremely helpful in accommodating the exact doors and windows I required. The lads that came to fit the doors and windows were very efficient and real hard workers that got the job done with little mess. I can highly recommend this company and will definately be using them again in the future.

We had 10 windows, 1 French door and gutters fitted to 2 levels. The sales guy who came to see us was very good ( not pushy ) he explained the products that we’re available to us and listened to our requirements offering some guidance to some things we hadn’t considered. Because this was a big spend for us we didn’t enter it lightly and had several companies in to see us. 3 main reasons we chose Weatherguard was the trust the sales guy had left an impression of, quality of product and also a very competitive price. The two guys who came to do the installation were really good, polite and respectful of our property. They cleared up end of every day and kept us informed of what they were doing the next day so we could ensure they had a clear work area. Our trust was confirmed when we had an issue with one of the windows, there was a small mark on the inner frame it was close to the handle so would have been noticeable every time we went to open it. The fitters called the office to report it, the very next day they re-fit the whole frame having re made it overnight ( benefit of choosing a manufacturer ) no debate no fuss just done.
We could have had this job done cheaper, but we wouldn’t have the quality of product and service that we have and peace of mind for years to come. Can’t rate them high enough.

Overall the company provided a very good service.
The salesperson was very helpful, polite and not too pushy.
Workmen did a great job. Very respectful of the property, working quickly and efficiently, leaving the house in the same clean state as when they arrived.
Very pleased with the finished product.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I was told I would be given a guarantee for windows and work done but I had to chase it up on more than one occasion before I received it.

Great service end to end. Salesman explained things really well on different materials and different options. Fitting of door only took less than hour and the guys did a great job and cleaned up afterwards really well

On time and extremely friendly …
Patio doors taken out and new doors installed in a couple of hours!
They were very clean and tidy and filled around the edges with perfection!

They arrived as planned on time. They were very professional and explained what would be involved to replace my very old window in my 300yr old house. The window looks really lovely and i was very happy. Ordered 2 more. Would definately recommend this company

The fitters are very nice and arrive on time and do an excellent job.

The team at Weatherguard were very professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job replacing our old, draughty windows.They also did a great job tidying up afterwards.

They did very good work and they came on time and use them again they are the best company to have work done with them and I am going to have more work done love the quality of their work and they are the best company around and I am very happy with the work

Just had one kitchen window to be changed. Kept updated with a time for the window fitters to come. Window fitters very friendly and efficient. Tidied up all mess. Very happy with the window so far.

Fitted my lounge window for me today. It looks great. The fitters were excellent. They did a great job. Didn't take too long either and they cleared up afterwards. Very pleased with the work and would certainly recommend them

Had two new doors fit yesterday 15/01/25 there were a couple of little things not quite right so rang Hugo & someone came out this morning 16/01/25 first thing & sorted it...fitters was lovely friendly & cleaned everything and left everywhere & tidy respected my property.

I have used Weatherguard more than once.I highly recommend them The staff are really helpful and always quick to answer the phone.I am highly delighted with my new window.The window fitters were fast and clean ,not leaving any debris .
